I'm 21, I'm from Ghana and I'm a college student
What compelled you to start your weight loss journey?
I was always big as a child and I just wanted to change for myself. When I saw the scale read 300 pounds that was the wake up call for me to change immediately.
What is your philosophy for healthy living?
Healthy living should be more of a lifestyle. It's hard to do at times but it definitely is rewarding.
What is your opinion of societies physical standards for men?
Men definitely have it easier than women in terms of society and physical appearance. Nevertheless, men are expected to have an athletic build, muscles, and abs and realistically it's really hard to achieve. Society makes it seem that achieving that body type is easy but in reality it takes years of hard work.
What advice would you give to young boys who are trying to change their physical appearance?
My advice to young men trying to change their physical appearance would be to make sure that the change is because it's what you want to do and not because it's trying to impress someone. Doing so will make you work towards that change more.
What makes you original?
I'm original because I'm different. I like to cook and that's something a lot of men don't do and I'm really good at it. Cooking is my art.
