Air-fried Veggies Recipe
If you have not jumped on the Air-Fryer bandwagon, then you are missing out. The air fryer has literally saved me hours in the kitchen. I use the 3.7 Qt. Digital Touchscreen Air Fryer and I love it because it allows me to make low-fat meals, there’s an easy clean up process, and it saves me time in the kitchen.
Here is how I made this delicious, perfectly crunchy veggies in the air fryer:
I poured the broccoli and mushrooms into mixing bowl, then seasoned it with everything bagel seasoning (which contains salt), lemon pepper seasoning (salt tree) and onion powder.
Next, I sprayed it with canola oil, and swished it around to make sure each vegetable was coated in the oil. This step is crucial because it stops the veggies from sticking to the air fryer, and just burning up. I then set the air fryer to 10 minutes on the fish setting.
After 10 minutes in the air fryers, a batch of crispy, tasty veggies are ready to eat. I served mine on the side, with white rice and beef stir-fry.
